Three more insights from the past week, picked up in conversations with leaders like you. This week is all about the choices we make…

  1. One way to solve for having two hands and four goals. When you can’t hold onto everything, ask for help. Even if you only have one or two goals, achieving them with friends and a little assistance is easier than trying to do it all on your own.
  2. Confront your fears. Ask yourself the question we’ve all heard, “What would you try if you weren’t afraid?” We all have something that fear is holding us back from attempting. Set down the fear and see if starting feels a little easier.
  3. What’s past has passed. In life, there’s no going backward. You can learn lessons from past successes and mistakes, but changing what has passed is impossible. The lessons are a gift. Regret and guilt need to be left behind.

BONUS: If you don’t do it, will you regret it in the end? What’s on the list that you’ve always wanted to do or try that you will regret NOT DOING on your deathbed? Failure sucks. Regret sucks more.
