It can be hard to start your goal setting when you’re staring at a blank sheet of paper or a blinking cursor on a stark white screen. I get it because that’s how I used to set my goals, with no strategy, process, or plan. Not only was getting started a challenge, but my goals were more like New Year’s resolutions, which last 15-20 days and die before the calendar flips to February.
Eventually, the struggle to set and achieve my goals left me frustrated and overwhelmed. You’ve probably heard this before, “I knew there had to be a better way.”
